Mr. Gansham Ramchandani is a legal professional with experience of more than 32+ years in handling wide range of Commercial Disputes, Banking and Finance, Media and telecommunications, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Insurance, Construction &
Infrastructure, Family, Civil, Consumer and Employment matters.

He is a Panel Counsel for the Public Sector Undertaking, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL), and has successfully represented the organization in various legal proceedings across multiple forums.

He has successfully Mediated 100+ cases across commercial, family, and contractual matters, with a strong emphasis on facilitating amicable and mutually acceptable resolutions.

He has also represented clients in several notable court cases, including a high-profile matrimonial dispute involving the husband of Bollywood celebrity Bobby Darling before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. He filed a Public Interest Litigation against the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court. He has handled Industrial disputes for Prasad Films, successfully negotiating settlements with the labour union, and represented the Executive Director of Hyatt Regency in employment litigation before the Hon’ble Industrial Tribunal, Mumbai.

He has represented clients as Counsel in multiple arbitration proceedings involving MTNL, SuperSteam Boilers, and Engineers.

Advocate Gansham Ramchandani handled a landmark and Media Highlighted Case before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, where the Court quashed a rape charge, holding that a false promise of marriage does not amount to rape when the complainant was aware of the accused’s existing marriage. The ruling marked a significant interpretation of consent in criminal jurisprudence.
